Siberian Scenery Development – Ustr Tyumen
The International Airport “Rocchino” named after D. I. Mendeleev – Tyumen International Airport. Located in the Tyumen region 13 km west of Tyumen. The official name of the airport is “Roshchino”, the name of the airport operator is Novaport OJSC. It is the basic airport for the ATIR and Yamal Airlines. It has a federal airport status. In January 2017, a new terminal opened. Roshchino Airport is the center of the docking flights of the Tyumen region, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Ugra.

The airfield includes two artificial runways (IVPP). IVPP-2 (03/21) with a size of 3003 × 45 m is equipped with OVI-1 light-signal equipment and has the means of planting aircraft from both directions, (PCN) 74/R/C/X/T. IVPP-1 (12/30) size 2704×50, equipped with a system of light-signal equipment OMI in both directions, (PCN) 42/R/C/W/T.
