– Re-sized parking bays designated ATR and DHC-6 aircraft.
– Replaced perimeter fencing around ATR/DHC-6 apron area.
– Added blast fencing on the service road at RWY 20.
– Activated Gate 14B for PIPO style, for A320/ATR aircraft types.
– Re-organized and corrected all gate equipment and containers at the T1 apron.
– Added additional wear and tear to the T1 apron.
– Re-organized T1 cargo areas in conjunction with corrected ground markings

KKIA or Kota Kinabalu International Airport is Malaysia’s second busiest airport after KLIA. Situated in East Malaysia on the island of Borneo, KKIA serves the city of Kota Kinabalu as well as the entire west coast of Sabah.

This scenery also contains two iconic landmarks situated to the north across the bay, Tun Mustapha Tower and Menara Kinabalu, the latter of which has a functional heli-pad.
