The airfield of Muret-Lherm, ICAO code “LFBR”, is located south of Toulouse, in the town of Muret, France.
Muret is the birthplace of Clement Ader, illustrious pioneer of the “heavier than air”, who was born there on April 02, 1841.
So, our new scene is a tribute to him.
Today, this dynamic airfield is dedicated to training, light leisure and business aviation. Controlled, it has a hard runway of 1100m.
It houses an ENAC center (Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile – National School of Civil Aviation) and several flying clubs, like “Clément Ader” and “Jean Mermoz”.
Every year the airshow “Airexpo” takes place there. This event is unique in the world because it is entirely organized by the students of the ENAC and ISAE-SUPAERO (Higher Institute of Aeronautics and Space)
This scenery, for Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS2020), was made from photos taken on site. It was modeled with attention to detail and realism, fidelity to real installations and the best optimization.
