Another star development from Rasha Tucakov, Zadar Airport is coming to Microsoft Flight Simulator. Zadar Airport (LDZD) is an ideal starting point for many destinations throughout Europe and services the city of Zadar situated on the Adriatic Sea. The city is surrounded by a number of marinas and is considered to be the nautical centre of Dalmatia and today it is one of the most popular Croatian tourist destinations.
The airport is a mixed-use military/civilian airfield and is home to the Croatian Air Force. Rasha has included a number of custom static aircraft, used here by their flight training and firefighting squadrons.
Beyond the airport, the city centre itself has seen enhancements with a number of custom POIs added. Known for the Roman and Venetian ruins of its Old Town, historic landmarks such as the Land Gate built in the 1500s and the 9th century Church of St Donatus are included. Modern era features such as the Kresimir Cosic Sports Hall and Gradski Bazen public pool can be found along with the Jadrolinija ferry.
