Orbx – LWOH Ohrid St. Paul the Apostle Airport v1.1.0

Description
Welcome to Ohrid St.Paul Apostle for Microsoft Flight Simulator, the first MSFS airport from Orbx developer Teo Gerovski! Located in the fields 9km northwest from Ohrid, it is the most popular summer destination in North Macedonia and serves over 300 thousand passengers per year, flying to many destinations around Europe.Ohrid is the perfect addition to your Balkan airports collection.

With super accurate and detailed modelling of all airport assets, textured with ultra high-resolution textures, giving you the most impressive stay while you are in Ohrid.

The number of such “tourist” airports in the world is large, and it is a known fact that more than half of the airports in the then SFRY were of this type: Dubrovnik, Split, Tivat, Rijeka, Pula, Porec, Banja Luka, Ohrid and others. Finally, it is very logical for Ohrid Airport to be spoken of as a tourist airport, when the largest tourist center in North Macedonia is located in the service area of the airport.

The real expansion in the physical volume of the traffic at Ohrid Airport started in the second half of the 80’s, with the intensive development of the stationary tourism during the summer period on the Ohrid Riviera. Many international tourists, primarily from the Netherlands, Germany and Great Britain, as well as tourists from Slovenia and Serbia, which confirms the fact that one of the main reasons for the existence of Ohrid Airport, perhaps the largest, is the development of tourism in North Macedonia.
