SimWorks Studios – GippsAero GA–8 Airvan – SystemsPulse Expansion v1.1.6

Changelog
v1.1.6:
– Engine:
– Fixed bug in propeller power absorbed that did not allow engine to drop below 2000RPM
Description
Give your aircraft a pulse! With SWS SystemsPulse for the GA-8 Airvan, your aircraft will react dynamically to your inputs and the environment. In addition to the base aircraft features, our SystemsPulse technology enables deep simulation of the aircraft’s systems and organic operation of the aircraft. Your systems can malfunction or fail and your knowledge of the aircraft can make all the difference between a good and a bad landing!

Features:

β€’ Individually simulated components in each system: from the fuel filter to the oil pump, every spare part is independently simulated
β€’ Realistic wear and tear: from how you fly the airplane, to where you take it everything has an effect on its state. Sand, rain, humidity, temperature, pilot finesse, everything matters!
β€’ Persistence: aircraft parts will not only remember how you left them, but they will also age when you are not flying the plane! Went on vacation for a week? You might be due for an oil change next time you fire up the sim!

Simulate more than 70 possible failures on multiple systems, including cascading ones! Did you oil pump fail? Watch as your engine starts overheating and your propeller starts overspeeding. Does your RPM indicate 0 but the propeller is still going? Check your oil pressure, vacuum gyro and voltages. Your accessory gearbox is out!

β€’ Fuel system: fuel filters, electrical boost pump, engine driven pump
β€’ Engine: pistons, spark plug failure and fouling, magnetos
β€’ Accessory housing: gearbox, generator, starter, vacuum pump, RPM indicator
β€’ Oil system: oil level and consumption, oil pump, filter, leakages, metal chip contamination
β€’ Propeller: Weathering, governor, prop strike
β€’ Electrical system: alternator, battery, circuits
β€’ Brakes: total brake failure or stuck brake
